How do I know what discount I will get?
 

-Discounts rage from 10% to 70%. Specific discounts are given in the secure members area which can be accessed after sign-up. Members often tell us they’re shocked at how large the discounts are on the products they spend the most on.

Do discounts change?

-About half of the discounts stay the same throughout the year and half increase as all our members spend more with our partners. All discounts are negotiated based on the buying power of thousands of members combined buying power. Members will not be able to access these prices without our combined buying power.

What do I do to get my discounts?

-There is a breakdown of what is needed to get discounts and premium level accounts with our partners in the members area. Some will have an account managers phone number and email you can contact to set up your new advanced account and some have a hub you can click on to set up your account. Others will simply have a discount code to enter.
Each is a very simple process that takes no more than a few minutes on your first set up and you always deal directly with the partner after that. 

Who do I call if I need help with an issue with a partner?

-Our team is happy to help with any issues you may have. Our team has a combined 80 years of procurement experience in fields ranging from construction to medical and pharmacy.
